Scholarship Programmes of the French Government

The French Embassy in Poland and the French Institute in Poland have begun to recruit candidates within scholarship programmes created by the French government, granted for a research stay in 2016. This scholarship programme provides funds for and facilitates the research stay for outstanding Polish scientists (holding at least a doctoral degree), who are planning to conduct a part of their research work in France. The scholarship concerns all the fields of science, apart from medicine (young doctors from abroad may do their development training in a hospital – Les Hôpitaux de Paris). The scholarship programmes have also been increasing the dynamics of scientific and academic exchange between France and Poland for the past 55 years.

The scholarship, in the amount of 1,375.00 EUR allows Polish scientists to cover the costs of one-month research stay in France, of health insurance and, partly, the costs of accommodation.
